Where We Ship

We currently ship exclusively within the United States (including all 50 states). We do not offer international shipping at this time. The shipping destination within the US must match your billing address or be a valid US address.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major US public holidays (such as Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted, and a second shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes an additional 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery to remote areas (such as Alaska, Hawaii, or rural zip codes) may take slightly longer. The total time from order placement to delivery is the sum of processing time (1–2 business days) plus delivery time (3–5 business days), which means you should generally expect delivery within 4–7 business days from the date of your order.

Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden shipping fees, no minimum purchase requirements, and no additional handling charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Carrier Information

To ensure the most reliable and timely delivery for your location, we work with a selection of reputable carriers. The carrier assigned to your shipment will be automatically determined based on your delivery address and package characteristics. Your shipping confirmation email will indicate which carrier has been assigned and will include a tracking number. All carriers we partner with provide online package tracking and delivery confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package’s journey from our fulfillment center to your doorstep. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become active on the carrier’s system.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, building management, or any designated package reception area. If the package remains missing, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at info@croccssale.it.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you realize that you provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@croccssale.it.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect the package, and you may need to coordinate directly with the carrier or place a new order.

Holiday and Weather Delays

During peak holiday seasons or severe weather events, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We will do our best to communicate any known delays through our website and email updates, but we ask for your patience as our carriers navigate these extraordinary circumstances.
